Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of ibo.guide (the “provider”) and visitors and customers of the site (the “customer”) when using free content and purchasing digital products.
2. Service description
BorderCooler® is an automated digital information tool that uses publicly available data to generate structured reports on veterinary and administrative requirements for traveling with a dog between two countries.
The free section of the site provides an overview of basic requirements. The paid product “Detailed Travel Report” is a one‑time purchase: a digital document automatically generated by artificial intelligence from official public sources.
3. Content and accuracy
Information provided through BorderCooler® is generated automatically from publicly available sources and is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal or veterinary advice.
The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date; however, we cannot guarantee that it is complete or current at all times. Before traveling, we recommend verifying requirements directly with the competent authorities (border veterinary authority, embassy of the destination country).
The provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from actions taken or not taken by the customer based on information obtained from this site.
4. Purchase of a digital product
By purchasing the detailed report, the customer:
- confirms they are over 18 years of age or acting with the consent of a legal guardian,
- acknowledges that this is digital content delivered immediately after payment,
- expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledges that, by doing so, they waive their right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to § 7(6)(l) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.
Payments are processed by FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC), acting as the Merchant of Record. FastSpring is responsible for billing, tax and VAT collection, and the protection of payment data.
5. Intellectual property
Content on ibo.guide, including generated reports, is protected by copyright. The customer may use the report for their personal use only. Any further distribution, reproduction, or commercial use without the provider’s written consent is prohibited.
6. Service availability
The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond the provider’s control.
7. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

Privacy Policy
1. Controller

2. What data we process
When you use the site for free:
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit. This information is processed by Google Analytics for statistical purposes.
When purchasing a detailed report:
- Email address – obtained from FastSpring after successful payment processing and used to deliver the access link to the report. The customer enters it directly into the FastSpring checkout, not on this site.
- Payment data – processed exclusively by FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC) in accordance with PCI DSS standards. The provider has no access to the payment card number or other payment details.

4. Retention period
- Email address and access token to the report: 90 days from the date of purchase, then automatically deleted.
- Technical statistics (Google Analytics): according to Google Analytics settings, 26 months by default.
5. Recipients of data
Your personal data may be shared with:
- FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC) – payment processing
- Google LLC – analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- OpenAI – generating report content (only the content of the report is processed, not personal identifiers)
All third parties are bound by their own privacy policies and GDPR requirements.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erasure (the right to be forgotten),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies for statistical purposes (Google Analytics). You can manage cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Security
All communication between your browser and the site is encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocol. Access tokens for reports are generated using a cryptographically secure method.
Complaints and Refunds Policy
1. Nature of the product
The detailed travel report is digital content delivered immediately after successful payment processing. By purchasing, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the digital content.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
A refund is possible in the following cases:
a) The report was not delivered If you have paid but do not receive the access email with a link to the report within 30 minutes of payment, contact us at info@ibo.guide. After verification, we will resend the report or provide a full refund.
b) Technical error on our side If the report was not generated due to a technical error on the ibo.guide side (not because the customer entered incorrect countries), you are entitled to a refund or to have the report regenerated.
3. When a refund is not available
- The report was successfully delivered and made available.
- The customer entered an incorrect combination of countries.
- The customer disagrees with the content of the report (the informational nature of the product is stated before purchase).
4. How to submit a claim
Submit your claim by email to info@ibo.guide with:
- the order number (as shown in the confirmation email from FastSpring),
- a brief description of the issue.
We will process your claim within 5 business days.
Refunds are made through FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC) using the same method as the original payment.
5. Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute that could not be resolved directly, you have the right to contact a body for alternative dispute resolution. For online purchases within the EU, you can use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
