BorderCooler\u00ae<\/strong> is an automated digital information tool that uses publicly available data to generate structured reports on veterinary and administrative requirements for traveling with a dog between two countries.<\/p>\n\n

The free section of the site provides an overview of basic requirements. The paid product \u201cDetailed Travel Report\u201d<\/strong> is a one\u2011time purchase: a digital document automatically generated by artificial intelligence from official public sources.<\/p>\n\n

3. Content and accuracy<\/h3>\n\n

Information provided through BorderCooler\u00ae is generated automatically from publicly available sources and is for informational purposes only<\/strong>. It does not constitute legal or veterinary advice.<\/p>\n\n

The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date; however, we cannot guarantee that it is complete or current at all times. Before traveling, we recommend verifying requirements directly with the competent authorities (border veterinary authority, embassy of the destination country).<\/p>\n\n

The provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from actions taken or not taken by the customer based on information obtained from this site.<\/p>\n\n

4. Purchase of a digital product<\/h3>\n\n

By purchasing the detailed report, the customer:<\/p>\n\n

  • confirms they are over 18 years of age or acting with the consent of a legal guardian,<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Payments are processed by FastSpring<\/strong> (Bright Market, LLC), acting as the Merchant of Record. FastSpring is responsible for billing, tax and VAT collection, and the protection of payment data.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Intellectual property<\/h3>\n\n

    Content on ibo.guide, including generated reports, is protected by copyright. The customer may use the report for their personal use only. Any further distribution, reproduction, or commercial use without the provider\u2019s written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n

    6. Service availability<\/h3>\n\n

    The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond the provider\u2019s control.<\/p>\n\n

    7. Governing law<\/h3>\n\n

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.<\/p>\n\n

      • Payment data \u2013 processed exclusively by FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC) in accordance with PCI DSS standards. The provider has no access to the payment card number or other payment details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          • OpenAI<\/strong> \u2013 generating report content (only the content of the report is processed, not personal identifiers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              Complaints and Refunds Policy<\/h2>\n\n

              1. Nature of the product<\/h3>\n\n

              The detailed travel report is digital content delivered immediately<\/strong> after successful payment processing. By purchasing, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate provision of the digital content.<\/p>\n\n

              2. When you are eligible for a refund<\/h3>\n\n

              A refund is possible in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n

              a) The report was not delivered<\/strong> If you have paid but do not receive the access email with a link to the report within 30 minutes of payment, contact us at info@ibo.guide. After verification, we will resend the report or provide a full refund.<\/p>\n\n

              b) Technical error on our side<\/strong> If the report was not generated due to a technical error on the ibo.guide side (not because the customer entered incorrect countries), you are entitled to a refund or to have the report regenerated.<\/p>\n\n

              3. When a refund is not available<\/h3>\n\n

              • The report was successfully delivered and made available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The customer entered an incorrect combination of countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The customer disagrees with the content of the report (the informational nature of the product is stated before purchase).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                4. How to submit a claim<\/h3>\n\n

                Submit your claim by email to info@ibo.guide<\/strong> with:<\/p>\n\n

                • the order number (as shown in the confirmation email from FastSpring),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • a brief description of the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                  We will process your claim within 5 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

                  Refunds are made through FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC) using the same method as the original payment.<\/p>\n\n

                  5. Alternative dispute resolution<\/h3>\n\n

                  In the event of a dispute that could not be resolved directly, you have the right to contact a body for alternative dispute resolution.
